I was locked out due to broken key! Googled locksmith and company name and 5 star reviews caught my eye. Called and David responded. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and was with me within 30 mins. Got me in without having to have new lock. Very reasonable price compared to the other companies I used before when I lost my key. Paid on the debit card in his van. Great service, friendly guy, would recommend without hesitation. Couldn't open garage door for some reason, called the Lock Doctor ( great name by the way) David quoted over the phone, arranged a time and he came along and opened the door without any damage and replaced the lock from his van stock! He also cut me 3 extra keys free of charge!! Great service, very nice guy, chatty and informative, obviously experienced and dedicated. Excellent !
Been having trouble closing and locking upvc door for a while, I spoke to my neighbour and they recommended David. We arranged a time and day and David turned up on time, in uniform and began work on the door. Within 30 mins the door was like new, working and locking smoothly. Returned home to find I had left keys at work! Called The Lock Doctor and he arrived within 25 mins, quoted me a fair price, opened my door without the need for new lock thank goodness! Very fast, polite and professional, can't say any more really

Called the lock doctor who came on time , he was very friendly and chatty. Seemed to know his stuff! Replaced 4 handles and adjusted my kitchen door. Price was fine and all in all very happy with the service. He has carried out work for other family members since and everyone was pleased and satisfied with the prices quoted and standard of workmanship.
I had issues with my font door lock not working so was recommended the lock doctor by a neighbour who had used him before. David came promptly, inspected the lock and told me I needed to replace it with an insurance approved lock. He quoted me on the spot which seemed very reasonable and did the job there and then. Very impressed with the service and would recommend him every time.

Mission Care have regularly engaged The Property Doctor to carry out both emergency lock work and building repair including the replacement of windows and doors. With a quick response and timely completion the work has been carried out to an excellent standard.
